New Prompto Subscriptions and Billing

We are proud and happy to introduce you to the brand new Prompto Subscriptions and Billing per Unit approach.

The great news is you are no longer limited in the number of Projects you place in Prompto.

Starting from a Business plan, add as many projects as you want (and more is better!) free of charge and create your excellent real estate portfolio with the Prompto Marketplace module.

From now on you should only have to pay for the units you currently sell in Prompto, i.e. Available and Optioned units.

Project Statuses

With lots of projects you are now able to put in Prompto how would you make a difference between them?

The answer is Project Statuses!

Meet Ongoing, Completed, and Upcoming statuses for projects, supported by Draft one for those yet to be prepared in Prompto.

Use the statuses for internal project management in Prompto Portal...

 ...and for the presentation in the Prompto Marketplace, allowing your customers to filter by the project status.

Set up the visibility of Project statuses on the Prompto Portal Portfolio settings page.

 

Updates of Prompto Units Management

With the new billing launch, we introduce the concept of active and inactive units.

Active are the units in Available and Option statuses. They are paid once, with each unit occupying 1 unit slot.

Inactive are the units in Sold or Draft (new!) statuses. These type of units is free of charge and not limited by the number of unit slots bought.

 

To give you an overview of the slots usage on the account, as well as on the number of active and inactive units additional widgets are implemented throughout the Portal:

Draft Units 

The new status of units named Draft is added to allow you to do all the preparation work with your units (you can create and update them, and add them in the Showcase Tour Editor). They are unlimited and free, though not visible in the Showcase and for your Sales Agents.

Once everything is set up, move your Draft units into one of the published statuses (Available, Option, Sold) to display them in the showcase and for the Sales Agent role.

Units Group Management

Group unit status changes, as well as group deleting, are added to the unit management allowing you to easily modify selected units.

Allow Sales Agents to Download Media from Portal Library

The setting in the new Portal section of your Prompto account will provide all the users with the Agent role the ability to download any file from the Portal library.

Allow Sales Agents to Change the Unit Status

Switch On the other setting and allow your Sales Agents to mark the deal on the unit by changing its status to Option or Sold.
