September's biggest release opens the door to the next generation 'single-source-of-truth' for real estate projects. And much more!

NEW VERSION of the Unit Media

The unit attachments have been redone to allow bigger, better, and more intuitive management of your files. While the old attachments screen was technically workable, it wasn't nice to work with and was even limiting to some degrees.

So now we've added:

• filtering by media type;
• Redesigned thumbnail cards for clarity;
• 3 ways of ordering your files for the showcase ( Manual, Automatic, by date);
• 360 tours & Url Experiences as draggable card items instead of the previous fixed-left-bar system.
• A quick button to add media from the general media tab (linked media & files)
• A specific floorplan item slot - MANAGEABLE IN THE INFO TAB!

For us, this marks the first phase of a widely improved CMS (Content Management System) focus. After a lot of user feedback, sales talks & market analysis, it is one of the areas we have found that Prompto can truly make a difference to solve collaboration problems portfolio-wide. Bye bye google drive ?

Voting for Prompto features

Secondly, as we realize the importance of talking to our users as the single most important aspect of helping you succeed, the new Voting section is now live in the portal! 

Find it by clicking on the voting button bottom left, or going to app.prompto.com/en/vote

It allows any user to vote on features, give feedback and an importance rating to them, or submit new ideas/needs straight from the portal. You can also see a quick overview of what's coming next in the In progress tab.

Onboarding flow

Thirdly, but still extremely helpful, there is now an built in tutorial/onboarding for the showcase on desktop. It gives a brief tour of the main features, allowing a much better adoption for new prospects!
Go to the settings in a project and enable "Onboarding screens Desktop  " to see it.

And the smaller ones..

Change the unit status in the portal from the unit list dot menu. This will be expanded in the next release with multi-select.

Marketplace: option to open projects in the same tab. A setting to make your Marketplace configuration even more flexible. Setup your projects open in the new tab (default, inspired by Booking.com and Airbnb) or in the same one (we like that behavior too).
