Change my password:
To change your password, you can go to the account settings (bottom left), find this icon: 
.
When in the Settings menu, select the "profile" option to change your password.
Alternatively, when you don't remember your password, you can change it by clicking "forgot password" on the login page
Forgot my password:
No problem at all.
Just surf to app.prompto.com (your login page for your account) and press the "forgot password" sentence.
You will receive an email with the instructions to reset your password within a minute.
