How to Manage Media of the Project?

A brand new layout for the project media is implemented to provide better UX and broader management capabilities.

How to add content?

To add Marketing content to your project, open the project you want to add media to. Then go to 'Media'. There you will find the "Add media" button on the top-right.

Drag&dropping or browsing files through the special zones are available at the bottom of the window:

Types of content that you can add: 

• Video
• Images
• PDF documents
• Prompto 360 tours (use tour code)
• 360 images

Each type of content has a unique icon of eye-catching color to help distinguish files in the list:

SPECIAL: Adding 360° images:

Because of the various formats existing out there, you have to add these images by marking them up front and choosing the option upload 360 images. (middle part of image below)

Once successful, you will notice the 360 icon on top of the thumbnail to indicate that this is not a regular image. (image below)
Right click->preview  to see how it looks in the 360 viewer mode.

How to organize files into Sections?

Click on Create New Section. You can create it with a default name or edit a name during the creation process:

You can see a number of files added to the section in parentheses next to the section name.

How to add files to the sections?

Drag & Drop files to the section. You can drag them one by one, or together, using multiple selection of files (hold CTRL or Shift buttons to do it):

How to publish your media in the Showcase?

All the files from the Project Media Library are automatically published on the Resources page of the Showcase with the section navigation enabled.

In case you want to hide sections breakdown and publish all media in one list, go to Settings of the showcase in the Portal and switch the Enable (show) resources sections off:
