      Downloading the Prompto app on your pc.

      To download Prompto, you can go to the account settings (bottom left), find this icon:  . 

      When in the Settings Menu, you need to select Downloads, there you can find the latest Prompto App.

      When a new version of Prompto is released you will get a message within the program so there is no need to check back in the portal if you have the latest version.

      If Prompto has trouble updating, please restart your computer and try again. If the problem still occurs, please check in with our support team.
